To skip a delivery, change what’s in your box or how often it comes, or to stop, just call or email us. We’re a family business, and always happy to help.

Is there a minimum or a contract?+
There’s a small minimum: each delivery starts from R 200, after your 15% saving. There’s no contract, though: nothing to sign, no cancellation fee, and you can stop whenever you like.
How much do I save?+
15% on every product in your box, on every delivery, compared with buying it on its own.
How do I pay for later deliveries?+
You pay for your first box at checkout. Before each delivery after that, we’ll be in touch to confirm it with you.
Can I change my box or how often it comes?+
Yes, as often as you like. Call or email us and we’ll change the products, sizes or rhythm for your next delivery.
Can I add the Bum Buddy, a bundle or a kit?+
Subscribe & Save is for the everyday essentials you run out of. The Bum Buddy lasts and lasts (you refill it), and bundles and kits already come with their own saving (15% on bundles, 10% on kits), so they’re one-off buys.
